Préparation du colis

Measure the parcel size and weight correctly. Wrong information may cause a price difference.
Use appropriate packaging material for fragile items and select the 'Fragile' mark.
Define the parcel content correctly. You can select additional services for special contents.
Write the recipient information clearly on the parcel or attach a label.

Informations d'adresse

Enter pickup and delivery addresses fully and correctly. Missing information causes delivery delays.
Always enter the recipient's phone number correctly. It is critical for communication with the driver.
Add special instructions for hard-to-find places (e.g., '3rd floor, doorbell doesn't ring').
Set an alternative delivery address. If the recipient is not found, it can be delivered to the alternative address.

Tarification et paiement

Estimate the price in advance using the price calculation system.
As the distance increases, the price per km decreases. It can be more economical for long-distance shipments.
Consider the parcel insurance option. Protection is provided for valuable parcels with a 2% insurance premium.
An additional fee is charged for extra services (pre-delivery call, delivery on signature).
